The 2015 North Carolina State Fair wrapped up on Sunday with big attendance numbers, the second largest crowd in the history of the fair, North Carolina could be affected by Hurricane Patricia, and Amy with Walker Farms in the farmer's area at the State Farmers' Market in Raleigh.
